Getting Cash

You can get cash from your CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard® at the store or at an ATM.

Using your Prepaid Card at Stores

Nearly all grocery stores allow you to pay with your card by using your PIN number. Just ask if they accept cards with the MasterCard®, Maestro®, Cirrus® or STAR® Acceptance Marks.

When you check out at the register, choose DEBIT and ask for CASH OUT. It’s an easy way to get cash, and it’s just $0.50 per transaction.

ATMs

You can get cash at any of the 1 million ATMs displaying the MasterCard®, Maestro®, Cirrus® or STAR® logos—anywhere in the world.

To use your card at an ATM, swipe your card and enter your PIN Number. You can then withdraw money from your account in multiples of $20 ($20, $40, $60, etc.) Most ATMs will charge a small convenience fee to withdraw funds.

Using your CardFlex Prepaid Card to Buy Online

If you have upgraded your CardFlex™ Prepaid Card to a CardFlex Prepaid MasterCardŽ, you can make purchases online. Just choose MasterCardŽ as the card type and enter your card number and billing information when you pay. To prevent online fraud, most sites will ask you for a CVV2 code; this is the three digit number you see next to the signature panel on the back of the card.
